Department of psychiatry offers both out patient and inpatient facilities for divers psychiatric problems of child, addesent, adult and geriatric patient population. Provides 6 days a week out patient services and round the clock psychiatric emergency services. Good consultation liaison facility with other specialties and reasonable backup with neuro-radiological assessment render a total care of the patient. The out patient department is along side other department and inpatents are accommodated along side non-psychiatric patients to help reduce the effects of stigma.
